S & B Enterprises specialises in the design, installation, maintenance and private inspection of Septic Systems. We are located along Francois Lake in British Columbia's central interior. Our central location allows us to provide septic services to the Lakes District and outlying areas within British Columbia. We have years of experience and all the required equipment to do the job right at affordable rates. We also provide you with property development such as land clearing, constructing driveways, water lines and landscaping. We are committed to providing quality and professional workmanship. Where possible we try to use local contractors, but we do maintian our own equipment for use when necessary. Our company maintains all required liability insurances and certifications.

All our septic service projects are recorded electronically and as hard-copy and stored for future reference. These records are provided to the client. We stand behind our work.

S & B Enterprises first introduced the Infiltrator Chamber system for leach fields into the Lakes District area in 1994 as a replacement for the drain rock trench with perforated pipe system. Note: An Infiltrator Chamber system requires no drain rock.

With respect to Septic Systems, the Planner/Designer is the person who determines what type of system is required and what its capabilities will be. The Installer is the person who follows the plan or design and puts the system together. The Maintenance Provider is the technician whose services range from quick checkups to a full indepth maintenance program. The Private Inspector is an independant consultant that you hire to look over your septic system. The independant Consultant has nothing to gain or loose if problems are found, won't try to sell you something you don't need or want, has no connection to your particular system, and can be trusted to be neutral, unbiased, and give you the straight goods about your septic system.
